Reliability
Prepared for the moments that cannot be repeated.
No livestream provider can control every outside network or venue condition. What we can control is preparation. We evaluate each location, identify the risks, and build the appropriate production and connectivity plan before your ceremony.
Every venue is different. We assess connectivity in advance and recommend the appropriate primary and backup solutions for your location.
Venue connectivity assessment
Before your date, we review your venue's internet situation — wired connections, Wi-Fi, and cellular signal — either in person or remotely, so we know what we're working with well before the ceremony.
Wired internet, where available
A wired connection is generally the most stable option, and we use one wherever the venue makes it available.
Cellular availability
In locations without reliable wired or Wi-Fi access, we check cellular signal strength as part of the assessment, since it often becomes part of the backup plan.
Backup connectivity
Where the assessment calls for it, we plan a backup connectivity option so a single point of failure doesn't put the whole broadcast at risk.
Dedicated connectivity options
For venues with limited infrastructure, dedicated connectivity solutions can be arranged as part of your planning, quoted separately when needed.
Audio redundancy
Ceremony audio is backed up separately from the main feed, so a single equipment issue doesn't mean losing the words that matter most.
Local program recording
Your program recording is produced independently from the live internet transmission, so a connectivity issue during the broadcast doesn't affect the recording itself.
Optional ISO camera recording
Isolated (ISO) camera files can also be recorded locally as an option, for delivery to your own wedding-film editor.
Backup power
We plan power contingency for our own equipment, particularly at outdoor or off-grid locations.
Pre-event testing
We test the technical setup before the ceremony begins, rather than troubleshooting live for the first time on the day.
Live technical monitoring
The livestream is monitored continuously during the ceremony, so any issue can be addressed as quickly as possible.
Special considerations for beaches, gardens, and historic venues
Outdoor and heritage locations bring their own factors — wind and sun exposure, thick stone walls, limited power access, or restrictions on equipment and cabling. We plan around these specifics as part of every venue assessment, rather than applying one standard setup everywhere.

We'll review the connectivity and production requirements and recommend the right plan.
