Terms of service

These terms describe, in general outline, the basis on which WatchOurWedding.live (Castelein AV) provides wedding livestreaming services. Final terms for any booking are confirmed directly with the couple, planner, or venue before an event date is secured.

Scope of service. WatchOurWedding.live provides professional wedding livestreaming, including private viewing links or pages, ceremony audio, a recording of the finished broadcast, local backup recording, and optional ISO camera files. We do not provide wedding videography packages, cinematic wedding films, highlight videos, post-production editing, photography, or drone services.

Travel. Travel expenses apply for events outside our local service areas (Mexico City, Querétaro, and San Miguel de Allende) and are confirmed in writing before booking.

Connectivity. Every venue receives a technical assessment ahead of the event, and backup options are planned accordingly. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted streaming under every possible condition beyond our control, such as a total loss of local internet or power infrastructure.
