Querétaro's colonial courtyards, wine-country estates, and historic haciendas have made it one of central Mexico's favorite wedding destinations — and it's one of our operational bases, so our team, planning process, and equipment are already based here.
Why remote attendance matters here
Querétaro weddings often bring together families from Mexico City, the United States, and further abroad. A livestream means the guests who couldn't make the drive or the flight — because of health, cost, or timing — still get to watch the vows in real time.

How it works in Querétaro
Being based in Querétaro means we can visit haciendas and event spaces ahead of time, plan around courtyards and stone walls that affect connectivity, and set up quietly so the ceremony keeps its atmosphere.
Travel & local coverage
Querétaro is a primary service area for us, so weddings in the city and nearby wine country are covered without a travel surcharge.
Working with your venue or planner
We work closely with Querétaro planners and estate teams, many of whom already know how to build a livestream crew into the day's schedule.

Querétaro FAQ
Yes — Querétaro is an operational base, so we've planned around many of the region's courtyards, gardens, and event spaces before.
In most cases, yes. We'll confirm connectivity at the property in advance and plan backup options as part of the technical assessment.
Querétaro is one of our current bases rather than part of the original 2010 story, which began in Cancún and the Riviera Maya.
Packages start at USD 1,650 + VAT, up to USD 3,850 + VAT for a full day across several locations. Prices exclude 16% Mexican VAT (IVA). Querétaro is one of our operational bases, so there is no travel surcharge for weddings in the city or the nearby wine country.
Yes. Vineyard and hacienda venues sit outside the city centre, where connectivity is usually the deciding factor — we check it in advance and plan a primary and backup connection for the location.
Not necessarily. We assess what the venue can actually carry and bring the appropriate connectivity plan for it, rather than depending on guest Wi-Fi during the ceremony.
