What affects wedding livestream pricing

Packages start at USD 1,650 + VAT. Here's what actually determines where your wedding lands, and the three packages we build quotes from.

The main factors

Camera count and crew size

Every package includes two cameras with live switching. Expanding to multi-camera production, or a larger crew for a longer or multi-location celebration, raises cost because it takes more people to run well.

Location and travel

Weddings within our local service areas (Mexico City, Querétaro, San Miguel de Allende) don't carry a travel surcharge. Destination weddings are charged travel, accommodation and local transportation at cost.

Venue connectivity

A downtown hotel with wired internet is simpler than a beach or garden venue relying on cellular signal. Venues that need backup connectivity add to the technical plan.

Optional add-ons

Isolated (ISO) camera recordings for your own wedding-film editor, extended replay hosting, and additional coverage hours are optional extras on top of a base package.

How much does wedding livestreaming cost?

Packages start at USD 1,650 + VAT for ceremony coverage, up to USD 3,850 + VAT for a full day across several locations. Prices are in USD and exclude 16% Mexican VAT (IVA).

Is wedding livestreaming worth it?

For couples with family or friends who genuinely can't attend, most feel it's worth it — it's typically far less than what travel would have cost those guests, and it's the difference between missing the day and watching it live.

What's the difference between the packages?

Essential covers a straightforward venue with two cameras, live switching and a full 4K recording. Premium adds a custom streaming page with a personalized domain and replay access. Luxury Hybrid expands to multi-camera, multi-location and hybrid on-site plus remote production.
